A quick and honest take

The location is fantastic, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to great dining options. The room was spacious and offered beautiful city views, making it perfect for relaxation. Unfortunately, I encountered several maintenance issues that made the experience less than ideal. The service ranged from outstanding to inattentive, which was disappointing.

Great place with great wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. I fondly remember how the staff helped me with local delivery on my first stay. I highly recommend staying here for a hassle-free experience. I'm coming back for a business trip.

I stayed in a King Studio for 2 nights. The room was spacious and clean, which was a plus. The bed was super comfy—definitely a highlight. Loved the big windows with nice views. The facilities downstairs were new too, and the staff were really nice and helpful. My only downside was that the room could use a bit of a refresh, but it wasn't a dealbreaker.

Foodwise, I hit the jackpot! Spitzer's Corner had some bomb burgers that had my taste buds dancing. Plus, the hotel’s staff genuinely tried to elevate my experience after the AC fiasco. Good vibes all around! Got a nice rooftop scene to sip away the evening.

Also, they hit me with a dodgeball resort fee for basic stuff like Wi-Fi that was more like a dial-up nightmare.

The hallway had a nearly unfinished appearance, which clashed with the lobby's trendy look. Inside the room, the bathroom door handle came off, while the shower had loose tiles collecting at the bottom, making for an uncomfortable shower experience. To top it off, the window in the shower was poorly taped, lacking the touch of class one might expect. With all of this, the cleanliness left something to be desired, as there were signs of wear and stains that detracted from the overall comfort.

Had a huge room with wrap-around windows and an amazing modern bathroom! Loved the nightly cookies, really made our stay feel special. Just a bummer the lobby seemed a bit tired compared to the room.
